I swept for the first round of the Suju LIMS 2, Challenge 1! I was awarded "People's Choice" with 5 positive votes and no negative votes. I found that pretty surprising, but I thank those who voted for me. I entered in this icon for the Super Junior Happy theme:

I am proud, however, of how I got the picture to blend pretty well with the texture. That honestly took me a good amount of time, and I was very meticulous in erasing things, haha.

The next challenge is group pics, and 70% of the group has to be in the icon. I want to do an SJM icon, but that means I'd have to somehow include 5 or more members in the icon. :3 We'll see how it goes!

I've got a new layout! I was getting tired of the old one, and the old one didn't show the verification code box when users wanted to comment, so I ditched it for this one. It was minimal at first, but I wanted to add Hangeng to the header, haha.

The color scheme is a bit weird. I'm too lazy to fix it right now, though. Will do it later. And I messed up on changing the post-footer and the actual footer, so eh.

The CreateBlog layout with comments coding has been updated with a new link! Check out the post in the April section of 2009.

I tried to edit this picture to make it less yellow, but it's so grainy from being taken at low light and with a non-awesome-super camera. This is probably the only picture that'll make me reminisce about my long-haired days.

I believe the date taken is June 25, 2008, the summer after Sophomore year.

Narcissism: I has it? Lols, iono, but I really liked this jacket I bought. Tried to make a vintage/green tint look. Didn't really come out the way I wanted, but eh it's decent I guess.

Not usually into the whole just-flip-the-picture-when-you-have-negative-space-thing since the flip usually looks awkward, but I guess it sort of worked this time? Haven't made stuff like this in a while. Font choice was not mine, btw. I'm not really into cursive type.

Mm, I'm in need of a universal December default, so I've made one. ^_____^ I am still in awe at the power of Photoshop. If you checked out the picture at 100%, the quality is so terrible. But mm, it turned out pretty nice. I fixed it again to make my face less yellow, btw.

I'll post how I edited the picture later.

Mm, I love Color Balance. I use it when Auto Color just isn't enough. Got rid of the yellow tint!

Before when I'd use Color Balance, I'd get frustrated because it would turn out really blue. But this time I guess the colors came out pretty natural. It seemed so easy this time! I don't know why I just didn't experiment for a few more seconds.

I also got rid of the extra flash from the camera on my face with Darken layers. Must find a more natural way to do it next time.

PSDs... I lose them easily. Huzzah for Blogspot!

Deleted all of my old entries because it was mostly me being sad and complaining about really stupid things.

So, I'm having a fresh start! Turning over a new leaf! Blowing away the cobwebs! It's out with the old, in with the new! Ah, idioms. There are so many interesting idioms.

I think I may use this blog mainly for Photoshop-related things. To start, here are all of my entries for the Suju LIMS contest (in order of entry).

Sadly, my creative juices ran out when I got to the semi-finals, and I turned in nothing because I couldn't come up with something I liked. Oh well, I will try next time!

I also skipped Challenge 2 'cause I forgot I was even in the contest, hah. I thought I was gonna lose with my third icon since the coloring gave an ugly yellow tint to Sungmin's face, but eh, I guess the others were worse than mine.

Wow, haven't used my blogspot in forever! Uhm, to randomly update... school is pretty okay. I'm feeling less stressed out, but my dreams of going to any UC are practically slim to none. Oh well... I can always transfer, right? :\

Uhm, I've made a PSD in Photoshop where it pretty much works with all the images I apply it to. Made me happy! And yeh. I'm out~
